Management Reports

We provide a comprehensive set  of  management reports to accompany your payroll. These let you analyse and record the details needed for all regulatory  requirements.

 

We will ensure that these reports are sent to you as soon as we have run the payroll, our package includes the option to receive these in digital format or as hard copy through the post. Of course we can supply both formats if that is what you require.

 

Remember, we aim to provide a service that  acts as an extension of your organisation, so please request any additional reports or analysis and we will strive to generate these in a timely manner.

Following the straight forward set up, a pre-printed Input Form (generated by  us) consisting of  each employee details is submitted by you via fax, post or e-mail.  We then process the information and the completed Payroll is then dispatched to you by return.

Payment  data files can be written to disk or e-mailed to you for importing into your electronic banking system.

 

During the process we provide you with any updates that we feel are needed. Your payroll will only  be run when we are happy all aspects are correct.  There are many changes to the rules regarding  pay, which is why we take the time to analyse the data before each pay run.
